Here are some cool fruity popsicle recipes that will help your pup beat the summer! There are different variations and the ingredients are so simple that you'll be done within five minutes.

So the point of these recipes is that they're healthy but delicious at the same time, and even though they might not look very nice, I guarantee you that all dogs love them. We tested these recipes at Barfi's Christmas Birthday party and they were a big hit.
NOTE : IF USING PEANUT BUTTER, MAKE SURE IT'S XYLITOL-FREE.
1. APPLE, BANANA, AND PEANUT BUTTER POPSICLE :3 TREATS IN ONE!
Ingredients -
1 apple, peeled and cut. (Make sure there are no seeds)
1 banana, peeled and cut.
1-2 tbsp yogurt or homemade Dahi (optional but recommended)
1/2 tbsp honey (optional )
Method -
1. First, puree the apple and banana separately in a food processor or mixer until they're thick.
2. Mix the apple and banana with the yogurt and honey in a small bowl until thick and creamy.
3. Then pour it into the popsicle moulds, or into a cup with a fork inside.
4. Freeze for 4-5 hours, or until completely solid.
Note: The amazing thing about this recipe is that you don't even need to use popsicle moulds! You can use an ice tray, a silicon mould, or even a normal tray or cupcake liner. As long as the item's freezable. :)
2. PEAR AND PEANUT BUTTER POPSICLES (My personal favorite. )
Ingredients -
1 pear, peeled, and cut.
2 tbsp peanut butter.
2 tbsp curd or yogurt. (optional)
1/2 tbsp honey. (optional)
Method -
1. Puree the pear until thick and lumpy.
2. Mix it with the peanut butter, curd and honey, if using, into a small bowl.
3. Then pour it into the popsicle moulds, or into a cup with a fork inside.
4. Freeze for 4-5 hours, or until completely solid.

3. WATERMELON POPSICLE
Ingredients -
3/4 - 1 cup watermelon, deseeded and cut.
1 1/2 tbsp - curd.
1/2 tsp - Honey (optional)
Method -

FRESH MANGO POPSICLE
Ingredients -
3/4 cup mango, deseeded, peeled, and cut.
2 tbsp curd or yogurt.
1/2 tbsp honey (optional)

4. PEANUT BUTTER AND BISCUIT POPSICLE (Another favorite, but slightly unhealthy, so only meant for special occasions!)
Ingredients -
1/2 cup peanut butter. (Preferably not chunky.)
3-5 biscuits, (Marie Biscuits, dog biscuits, or any that work with your dog) cut or broken into small bits.
2 tbsp curd or yogurt.
Method -
1. Add the peanut butter and yogurt to a small bowl and mix until smooth.
2. Add the biscuits in and mix again until they are well incorporated into the mixture.
3. Then pour it into the popsicle moulds, or into a cup with a fork inside.
4. Freeze for 4-5 hours, or until completely solid.

5. PEANUT BUTTER, CARROT, AND BANANA POPSICLE (PEANUT BUTTER IS OPTIONAL)
Ingredients -
1/4th cup - carrot, peeled, and grated. (You can also puree)
1 banana - peeled and cut.
2 1/2 tbsp - peanut butter (optional)
2 tbsp curd or yogurt
1/2 tbsp honey (optional)
Method -
1. Puree or grate the carrots and banana until creamy.
2. Add the banana mixture and the carrot mixture into a small bowl with the peanut butter, yogurt and honey, if using.
3. Then pour it into the popsicle moulds, or into a cup with a fork inside.
4. Freeze for 4-5 hours, or until completely solid.

And we're done!! Keep in mind that if your dog has any allergies, check the recipe first and then make it for them. It is also advisable to check with a vet if you're not sure whether your dog can have any of the ingredients. And give the popsicles to them in moderation. Even though they're healthy, too much of them isn't good! One popsicle every two days is more than enough. Also make sure to use xylitol free peanut butter.
